Goodbye, skd!

I'm going to discontinue [skd](https://github.com/dploeger/skd), though it has never reached a productive version. I'm sorry.

skd was born out of the idea of a small and easy way for a very basic configuration management. However, tools like [Puppet](http://puppetlabs.com/) or [Ansible](http://www.ansible.com/home) are doing a much better job at it and everybody's using them, so skd has no point.

I originally wrote it for a company, that wasn't using any configuration management (and I guess isn't still), but that's not what you should do nowadays. You **should** do configuration management when you have to administer a rather complex grid of machines or else you'll fail sooner or later.

Besides, I recently checked skds codebase and it *reeks* because of its age, so I would have to recode most of the parts.

So, goodbye, skd.
