Two Goodbyes and a Welcome back

I’ve said goodbye today.

The first thing is lbows. Lbows is officially dead now. I canceled the website and removed the twitter account. The reason for this is that I’m not quite fond of PHP anymore for these kinds of things. I’m currently trying to get [[http://ladonize.org/index.php/Main_About|Ladon]] back on to be able to serve backoffice services easily via python (actually Ladon does the same lbows did). As I never found the time to really fire up lbows and no one else picked it up as well, I now decided to officially cancel lbows. If you still like to relive lbows, the [[https://github.com/dploeger/lbows|github repository]] still is up and will be for some time, I guess.

The second thing is the Dokuwiki blog plugin TNG, that hosted this blog. I was never quite satisfied with it and for some time tried to improve it. But as I currently can’t find some free time for Dokuwiki and its plugins, I also left blogtng development and turned back to the old (and still developed) blog plugin, which is quite good.

I reimported all blog entries and set all tags, but I didn’t import the comments back. If you want to reenter your old comment, go ahead.

So thank you lbows and thank you blogTNG. I’ve moved on.
